Troubleshooting

Start by identifying what is missing: sign-in, the organization, an event, a button or an action’s result. This avoids changing an unrelated setting.

I cannot sign in

Use the invited account’s email. If you lost the password, open Forgot password — new tab. If two-step verification is requested, use your authenticator app or an unused recovery code.

An expired link requires a new one. For an invitation, contact the person who invited you. See Access your workspace and Sign-in and security.

I cannot find my organization or event

Check the active organization in the switcher or My account → Organizations (on a phone, Account → Organizations). In the event list, clear search and check filters, finished-event tabs and archives.

If the event exists but is inaccessible, ask the event lead or your organization’s access manager to check your permissions, access period and the event’s status. A draft or temporary access that has not started is not available in the same way as an event open to its authorized participants.

A button or module is missing

On a phone, some preparation commands are reserved for a tablet or computer. Use the screen designed for that task.

Then check module activation, the teams it is open to and your permissions. Read access does not provide create commands. A role’s name alone does not reveal its permissions: see Modules and access.

A locked structure or closed event may also prevent editing. Read the displayed message before trying again.

A task or change seems to have disappeared

Check the event, selected team or checklist, then search and filters. Completed items may be hidden.

For edits, wait for the saved indicator or use Save when the form requires it. If sending is pending, check connectivity and the final state before repeating the action. Changing a template does not update events or checklists already created from it.

I am not receiving an alert

Check notification preferences, phone permission and spam. Also check that you are a recipient: broadcasts do not add later arrivals after sending.

Ask for help

Use : the form opens on this page without leaving the article. Include:

  • what you wanted to do and the steps you followed;
  • the organization and event names when useful;
  • the exact message, the time of the problem and the browser or phone used;
  • a screenshot without sensitive data, if it clarifies the issue and the option to add files is available.

Attachments require you to be signed in with an active organisation. If the option to add files is missing, describe the issue in the text: you can send your request without a screenshot.

Do not send a password or authentication code. Check the form’s confirmation before closing it.
