Account and supportNotifications

Set notification preferences

Notifications tell you about relevant activity, such as an assigned task, chat mention or broadcast. They do not grant access to an event you lack permission to view.

Choose channels

  1. Open My account → Notifications, or notification preferences from the account menu.
  2. Search for a notification type or group.
  3. Choose channels: in-app, push or email.
  4. Select Save when ready.

In-app notifications include the bell and banners. Push notifications appear on the device. Email uses your account address.

Some rows are enforced by your organization and cannot be disabled here. Personal preferences do not replace access rules or a broadcast’s recipient selection.

Prepare phone notifications

On the phone concerned, open push notification settings and follow the enable action when offered. Browser or system notification permission must also be allowed on that device.

If the screen says the browser is unsupported or installation on the home screen is required, follow that indication. Enabling one device does not automatically enable every other device.

Understand a missing alert

First check the correct account, event and access. Then check the selected channel, device permission and any enforced rules. For email, also check spam.

Open the bell to read received notifications. Reading a notification does not automatically acknowledge a broadcast requiring confirmation; open it and perform the requested action.
