Plans and billing

When creating an organization, EventOps asks whether you run several events during the year or one specific event. This determines the plan or license screen and the options presented.

Choose during setup

Review the intended usage, team size and conditions shown in the setup flow. The solo trial lets you explore alone and does not enable collaborator invitations.

Choosing an offer in this flow should not be confused with a payment confirmation. Rely on the indications and confirmations actually received for your organization.

An invoice or plan change

For an invoice, capacity or plan-change question, contact support. Include the organization name, the relevant account email and what you want to check.

An unavailable action

A missing button may result from permissions, a module or the device being used. Before assuming a plan limit, check event access or Troubleshooting.
