Sign-in and account security

My account → Security settings concern your own account across organizations and devices.

For sign-in and invitation steps, see Access your workspace.

Change or recover a password

When signed in, open Password. Enter your current password when requested, the new password and its confirmation. Complete two-factor verification if needed, then confirm.

Changing an existing password signs out every session, including the one used to change it. Sign in again with the new password.

If you cannot sign in, go directly to Forgot password — new tab and use your account email address. Check spam as well. Request a new link if the previous one has expired.

Enable two-factor authentication

  1. In Security, open two-factor authentication.
  2. Add the account to your authenticator app by scanning the QR code or entering the provided key.
  3. Enter the six-digit code, then verify and enable.
  4. Keep the recovery codes somewhere safe, then confirm that you saved them.

Each recovery code can be used once. Regenerating codes invalidates the old ones. If your organization requires two-factor authentication, complete setup to regain access.

Check connected devices

In Sessions and devices, review browsers or applications, their last activity and the current-device indication.

Revoke closes the selected session. Signing out everywhere closes all sessions, including this one. You can then sign in again on the devices you use.

If sign-in still fails

Check that you are using the invited account’s email, then a current authenticator code or an unused recovery code. If the account is disabled or organization access is missing, changing the password alone will not resolve it: contact your organization manager or .

Never include your password, authenticator key or recovery codes in a help request.
